Length: 300– 1500 mm (edge-glued), 300 – 5300 mm (finger jointed)
Width: 300– 1000 mm (edge-glued), 300 – 1250 mm (finger jointed)
Thickness:  18– 42 mm (edge-glued), 18 – 45 mm (finger jointed)

Wood Moisture:   8 – 10 %

Glue: D3 (moisture resistant), or D4 (waterproof)

Sanding:    80 – 120

Packaging:

    • Pallets whose dimensions correspond to board dimensions: the topmost and bottommost panels in the package are individually wrapped in stretch foil and the whole package is wrapped in stretch foil and the package is fixed with plastic packaging strips,;
    • Pallets whose dimensions correspond to panels dimensions: each panel is individually wrapped in plastic thermal foil and the whole package is wrapped in stretch foil and fixed with plastic packaging strips, or
    • Pallets whose dimensions correspond to panel dimensions: each panel is individually wrapped in plastic thermal foil and cardboard boxes with open ends and the whole package is wrapped in stretch foil and fixed with plastic packaging strips.

OAK – Finger-jointed panels (A/A, A/B, A/C, B/C)

A-Side:
  • staves with matching wood structure (the same grain pattern on the whole side of the panel)
  • staves with matching color (no discoloration allowed)
  • Only small, healthy knots permitted (up to 5 mm in diameter and only 1 knot/m2)
  • No sapwood, cracks, rot, wormholes or other defects (whether caused naturally or due to the bad drying)
  • No technical faults
B-Side:
  • staves with matching wood structure (the same grain pattern on the whole side of the panel)
  • Colour may be slightly uneven
  • Only small, healthy knots permitted (up to 5 mm in diameter and only 1 knot/m2)
  • sapwood traces, that are not going through to the opposite side of the panel, are allowed (sapwood allowed on 15-20% of the B-surface of the whole panel) – no sapwood on the panel edges
  • No cracks, rot, wormholes or other defects (whether caused naturally or due to the bad drying)
  • No technical faults
C-Side:
  • No requirements on the structure of wood
  • Colour may be slightly uneven
  • Small, healthy knots permitted (up to 5 mm in diameter, unlimited; up to 20 mm in diameter and 3 knots/m2)
  • No limits on sapwood
  • No cracks, rot, wormholes or other defects (whether caused naturally or due to the bad drying)
  • No technical faults

BEECH & ASH  – Finger-jointed panels (A/A, A/B, B/B, B/C)

A-side:
  • staves with matching wood structure (the same grain pattern on the whole side of the panel)
  • staves with matching color (no discoloration allowed)
  • Only small, healthy knots permitted (up to 5 mm in diameter and only 1 knot/m2)
  • No heartwood, cracks, rot, wormholes or other defects (whether caused naturally or due to the bad drying)
  • No technical faults
B-side:
  • staves with matching wood structure (the same grain pattern on the whole side of the panel)
  • Colour may be slightly uneven
  • Only small, healthy knots permitted (up to 5 mm in diameter and only 1 knot/m2)
  • heartwood traces, that are not going through to the opposite side of the panel, are allowed (heartwood allowed on 15-20% of the B-surface of the whole panel) – no heartwood on the panel edges
  • No cracks, rot, wormholes or other defects (whether caused naturally or due to the bad drying)
  • No technical faults
C-side:
  • No requirements on the structure of wood
  • Colour may be slightly uneven
  • Small, healthy knots permitted (up to 5 mm in diameter, unlimited; up to 20 mm in diameter and 3 knots/m2)
